Keith M. Weigand
Chief Operating Officer
Keith obtained his M.B.A. from Xavier University before becoming the Director of Operations for a physical therapy company. He used the knowledge gained from his experience there to develop Pulse Health Solutions. As a cancer survivor, Keith knows first hand the direct impact of health care costs, and is dedicated to helping companies reduce their future increases in health insurance costs.
Amanda Schneider
Chief Administrative Officer
Amanda serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Director of Client Services, bringing a wealth of experience in operational management and organizational leadership. Before joining the team, Amanda was the Director of Operations at a physical therapy office, where she was responsible for optimizing operational workflows, managing staff, and implementing systems to improve patient care and overall service delivery. This hands-on experience has equipped Amanda with the skills needed to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment. With a focus on continuous improvement and a deep understanding of the unique needs of the employee benefits industry, Amanda is committed to helping Pulse Health Solutions deliver innovative and effective solutions to its clients.
